I’m a licensed clinical social worker based in Bay Shore, New York. I work primarily with adult women across ages navigating body image, food anxiety, fitness pressure, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions.
You may be successful and appear to have it all together, yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or never quite good enough. Together, we can explore expectations around health and appearance, cope with difficult emotions, and strengthen boundaries and emotionally attuned communication.
I meet you where you are, taking time to understand your concerns and strengths. My eclectic approach draws on cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, acceptance, compassion-focused, person-centered, and strengths-based strategies to fit your needs. Together, we build a therapeutic alliance where you can speak honestly without fear of judgment and work toward changes that matter to you.
